Mindfulness Program

We offer mindfulness programs led by professional instructors for both beginner and advanced participants. These programs can span from 1-2 days to extended stays of 5 days or more. 

Participants engage in a holistic experience that combines classroom instruction with outdoor activities and functions. 

Each class can follow a preset program or be tailored to meet the individual preferences and wishes of our guests, ensuring a personalized and transformative journey towards mindfulness and well-being.
