The main Villa Agung is a luxurious retreat encompassing a total area of 2092 m2, including the building, lawn, and pool. This villa features five bedrooms, with one designated as a master or bridal suite. Two of the bedrooms are interconnected, making them ideal for families with young children.
The villa boasts a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Wok burner for Asian cooking. The internal space is divided into two floors, with four bedrooms located on the upper floor and one bedroom on the lower floor, offering direct views and access to the swimming pool. This villa is decorated with important paintings and works of art for our guests to enjoy.
The expansive main lawn, overlooking the natural forest, can accommodate up to 200 guests for al-fresco dining or undercover with a marquee, making it a perfect setting for special occasions such as weddings, celebrations, or corporate events. The forest backdrop provides an enchanting setting for photo and video shoots, while the open space allows event organizers to unleash their creativity and design flair.
The upper floor of the villa is designed for informal gatherings and relaxation, while the lower floor features a main dining room for 12 guests and a formal lounge equipped with an extra-large TV for entertainment. The impressive 16 m by 5 m swimming pool, complete with a separate 6 m by 4 m children’s pool, offers a refreshing oasis for guests to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
Dedicated butlers are available around the clock to cater to guests’ needs and ensure a memorable stay. Additionally, a separate access and working space for vendors and caterers has been designed to facilitate easy and discreet entrance during events and functions, enhancing the overall guest experience.
