Mindfulness Program

We offer mindfulness programs led by professional instructors for both beginner and advanced participants. These programs can span from 1-2 days to extended stays of 5 days or more. 

Participants engage in a holistic experience that combines classroom instruction with outdoor activities and functions. This may involve purification rituals using holy spring water from the nearby ancient meditation temple, Goa Garba, or from our own natural spring water by the riverfront. 

Each class can follow a preset program or be tailored to meet the individual preferences and wishes of our guests, ensuring a personalized and transformative journey toward mindfulness and well-being.
