There are a variety of serene spaces within our complex for yoga exercises and meditation. Guests can choose from the spacious lawn of Villa Agung, the rooftop gazebo, open areas of Villa Sanghyang, the rooftop decks of Villa Batur and Catur, the open lawn by the riverside, or the peaceful embankment of the rice fields as well as the spaces within the fruit garden.
There is also an option to conduct Walking Meditation which helps to calm the mind while maintaining movement and balance.
We work with professional instructors to cater for individual needs, providing classes for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
